Top Snap is an established franchise network that has provided visual solutions for the real estate industry in Australia and New Zealand since 2004, including professional photography, floor plans, virtual tours, videos, and more.

Top Snap aimed to launch a virtual property tour service that would redefine how real estate agents engage potential buyers. They needed a way to demonstrate the immersive power of VR to agents, helping them appreciate the potential of VR in capturing attention and offering prospective buyers a unique viewing experience. The goal was to encourage agents to integrate VR tours into their marketing arsenal, highlighting Top Snap as a leading-edge solution provider.

We designed a custom-branded VR cardboard set that allowed real estate agents to experience Top Snap’s virtual tours firsthand using just a smartphone. With this lightweight, accessible viewer, agents could immediately see how immersive VR could make a property tour—offering a striking new way to showcase properties. The VR headset served both as a compelling demo tool and as a tangible reminder of the impact VR could have in real estate marketing.

The VR cardboard set effectively demonstrated the appeal of VR tours, sparking agent interest and prompting many to adopt VR for their listings. By introducing agents to VR in a hands-on, engaging way, Top Snap positioned itself as an innovator in the real estate tech space and built a stronger demand for its virtual tour services.
